By agreeing and purchasing any/all skateboards from me you are acknowledging the fact they are charged as works of art. This means they are not for skating on as they are not protected like normal decks and will be damaged quickly. If you purchase any deck, you recognise and accept the responsibility that any damage caused by riding these boards is your fault and not the artists and therefore cannot not be refunded/returned as you have been informed that these are purely for decorative purposes.

 Also note, with all artwork, unless a commission or specified in the description all artworks may be remade. This is not a guarantee, but if requested to remake a piece that isn't/wasn't a commission then I will make it.

BUYING YOUR CUSTOM
Once your custom is completed it will be listed on this store, with your name in the description (or username if you are uncomfortable with your first name on the website). As mentioned during the 'PROCESS' section I will already have your name and address, so any attempt made by anyone other than you to buy your custom will be denied.
