Refund policy

There are no refunds allowed on any of these goods except for the deposit on 'Custom Orders', in which case refunds must be requested/you must cancel your order within 7 days. If you request a refund or cancel your order after those 7 days, your order will be cancelled but the deposit you paid will not be returned. This is also stated in the 'Important Info' section of this website.
