Shipping policy

Please allow 4-5 business days for processing your order and another 1-2 weeks shipping within Australia and another 2-4 weeks if your order is shipped internationally. These however are just a rough idea so please allow additional shipping time due to carrier/other delays, as once items have been shipped from me, they are out of my control.

All items (except stickers chosen to be shipped with Economy Air) will be shipped with tracking, and you will receive an email that your package has been shipped and included with a tracking number.

Please reach out to your local Post Office if you have issues with: tracking, shipping addresses, or lost packages. You can email me if your item says it has been delivered but you haven't received it and I can check my side but ultimately, your post office is your best help.

IMPORTANT*: I cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Thank you for understanding.
